It has to be removed so the labels can be dispensed. | | --- | --- | | How do you handle sticky matrix waste without jams? | Granulators cut it into small pieces, non-stick components convey it, and some systems add oil dispensing for the stickiest stocks. | | Is a central system better than a unit per press? | One or a few presses usually suit an all-in-one unit. Several presses, or planned growth, usually justify a central system. | | Does automated waste handling pay back? | Converters report gains from non-stop production and less manual handling. Payback depends on press count, speed and shifts. | | Can it handle digital press waste and linerless labels? | Yes.
