Industry meets academia as MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation students explore fresh perspectives on the future of printing and packaging.

INNVESTIO Group has kicked off its 2026 Innovation Project with students from the MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation programme at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), building on a successful collaboration in 2025.
The project brings students into contact with real-world industrial challenges in printing and packaging. Working with INNVESTIO, they will explore opportunities for innovation and business development, drawing on fresh thinking, independent research and entrepreneurial approaches.
At INNVESTIO, innovation is not limited to inventing new technologies. It can also mean combining existing technologies, specialist expertise and business models in new ways to create value for customers and industry.
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes increasingly important across industry, INNVESTIO also places great value on Natural Intelligence (NI): human curiosity, creativity, critical thinking and the ability to challenge established assumptions.
The collaboration reflects the company's belief that young professionals should have opportunities to engage with real business questions while developing their entrepreneurial skills.
Unlike last year's collaboration, which was publicly highlighted after its conclusion, INNVESTIO intends to share selected moments and insights throughout the 2026 project, while respecting student participation and commercial confidentiality.
INNVESTIO also welcomes dialogue with universities, researchers and academic teams interested in developing similar industry–academia initiatives in other countries.
